The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Razi University, started its activity in the year 1992 with the establishment of the Faculty of Engineering, and attracted students in undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate studies as follows

The Razi University campus also holds a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Design, and a Ph.D. specializing in mechanical engineering, converting student energy.
At present, this group of experience and knowledge of 17 full-time faculty members in different disciplines and trends have one, with a professor's level, 8 with an associate degree and 9 with an assistant degree, and of course one People have come to retire.
Currently, there are about 210 undergraduate students, 123 undergraduate students, and 26 undergraduate students. Thermodynamics laboratories, fluid mechanics, dynamics and vibrations, materials science and machine tools workshops, automotive, welding and sheet metal are among other features of this group.
Mr. Mahmood Heshmati defended his thesis as the first graduate of the PhD in mechanical engineering, Applied Design, with the guidance of Dr. Mohammad Hossein Yas on November 24, 2013.
With the help of the Almighty God and the cooperation of the distinguished professors, students and staff of the department and the university, we hope to take operational steps in order to establish a systematic relationship with the industries and establish a mutually interactive interaction between the industry and the university.
